Arnica & Magnesium Gel

A topical gel containing magnesium oil, arnica oil, and menthol, designed to provide relief from muscle and joint pain, inflammation, and stiffness.

Directions:

- Rub on a small amount to affected areas (muscles, joints, etc.)
- Gently massage into skin until fully absorbed
- Repeat as needed, up to 3-4 times a day
