Chamomile

A small, delicate with powerful benefits. Long used as a medicinal tea. Exceptional for adults and children. Aids in colic, nervous stress, infections inflammation and digestion. Has a calming effect and can soothe soreness. Chamomile flowers can be added to a baby's bath for a soothing bath time or made into a tincture.

Tea: Add one tea bags to  6-8oz cup of boiling water. Enjoy 2-3 times days as needed.

Add honey or stevia to taste.
