Lavender

Beautiful and fragrant and has a variety of uses. Powerful for anxiety, mild anti-depressant, Combined with feverfew for migraines, can be added to bath to alleviate stress and insomnia.  Used in essential oils for soothing bee stings, insect bites and burns.

Tea: Add one tea bags to  6-8oz cup of boiling water. Enjoy 2-3 times days as needed.
